Federico Colli was born in Brescia (Italy) in August 1988.
TRAINING
He studied with Giancarlo Facchinetti, and Sergio Marengoni at the R. Romanini European Academy Foundation in Brescia, earning in 2005 a Diploma in piano at the G. Verdi Conservatory of Milan with a score of 10 and praise. He subsequently obtained the Diploma at the V. Gambara High Musical School of Brescia and the Chamber Music Master at the Imola Piano Academy. Currently, he studies with Boris Petrushansky at the Imola Academy Incontri col Maestro and Konstantin Bogino at the St. Cecilia Academy of Bergamo. He has participated in masterclasses and lessons with M. Rybicki, R. Cappello, R. Zadra, E. Virsaladze, J. O'Conor, N. Trull, F. Scala, P. Gililov, P. Gulda, J. Soriano and A. Lonquich. He cooperates in Chamber music with the cellist Alberto Casadei (Rimini, 1987), which won the 1st Prize with Special Prize at the International Chamber Music Competition Gaetano Zinetti 2009 of Mantua and Verona.
AWARDS
It was awarded with the Gonfalone Prize and the Grosso d'argento Prize as musician of the year 2011, for representing foreign the talent of his city and giving prestige to the city of Brescia.
